What this site is for
Right now this site tells you about the company and hosts two short research surveys — one for home-services businesses and one for homeowners. We use the answers to shape what we build.
No bookings, payments or service contracts are formed on this site. When the Quro marketplace opens, it will have its own Terms & Conditions and Vendor Agreement, published at quro.sg.
How we handle the information you give us through the surveys is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Use of our website and materials
You are welcome to browse this site and take part in our research. By using it you agree to do so lawfully.
- Our intellectual property. All content, branding, design and code on this site are owned by or licensed to Quro Holdings Pte. Ltd. You may not scrape, copy, modify, republish or use our materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.
- Acceptable use. When you submit a survey response, you agree to give accurate information and not to submit malicious code, spam, or content that infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful, defamatory or abusive. You also agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it.
- Site availability. This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or take down any part of it at any time, without notice.
Disclaimers and governing law
- Please don't rely on pre-launch information. Anything here about the company's plans, upcoming products, launch timing or beta availability is for information only and may change. To the maximum extent Singapore law allows — including under the Unfair Contract Terms Act — Quro Holdings Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your reliance on that information, changes to our plans, or site downtime.
- Taking part in research creates no entitlement. Completing a survey does not make you a Quro vendor or customer, does not reserve a place in the beta, and does not create any agreement between us.
- What we don't exclude. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of this site.
