Your answers. We use them as research, to understand how home services really work in Singapore and to shape what we build. We analyse them together with everyone else's. You can send us your answers without giving us your name or number at all.

Your contact details, if you choose to give them. We use them only to contact you about the things you tick below. We do not sell them, and we never pass them to vendors, customers or other participants. The only other companies that handle them are the services that help us run this survey and send our emails. Our email service is Mailgun, part of Sinch, a company in the United States; it may also use your email address to fight spam and keep its network safe.

Your business name. Your business name is required. We keep it with your answers and your contact details, and they can be linked to you. We keep them until you ask us to delete them, or until 31 Dec 2027, whichever is first. To ask, email dpo@quro.sg.

Your choices. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, correct it, stop us contacting you, or delete your response entirely — any time, by emailing our Data Protection Officer, Ronnie Choo, at dpo@quro.sg. Quote your reference number if you have it.
