Before you give us your details

Your answers. We use them as research, to understand how home services really work in Singapore and to shape what we build. We analyse them together with everyone else's. You can send us your answers without giving us your name or number at all.

Your contact details, if you choose to give them. We use them only to contact you about the things you tick below. We do not share them with anyone, we do not sell them, and we never pass them to vendors, customers or other participants.

How long we keep them. If you ask us to keep in touch, we keep your details until the beta programme ends or you ask us to stop. If you don't, we delete your contact details within 90 days and keep only your anonymous answers.

Your choices. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, correct it, stop us contacting you, or delete your response entirely — any time, by emailing our Data Protection Officer, Ronnie Choo, at dpo@quroholdings.com. Quote your reference number if you have it.
